Jamey Fereday is a Listing Specialist with Shoreland Real Estate Team, serving all the Coastal Virginia Region. She is a graduate of California State Northridge with a degree in Public Relations.


Jamey has combined her extensive sales, marketing and hospitality background to create one of the top real estate teams in Hampton Roads. Jamey epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creativity in the sale of every home.


Jamey, together with her fiancé Anil Oz, strives to create a level of hospitality for each client surpassing the standard real estate transaction. Their goal is to create seamless assistance for each client.


Originally from Louisiana, Jamey has resided in Virginia Beach for 10+ years. She is an active member of the community and you can regularly find her walking along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with her two French Bulldogs, Julietta and Napoleon.

Anil oz

Anil Oz is a Buying Specialist with Shoreland Real Estate Team, serving all of the Coastal Virginia Region. He is a graduate of Adnan Menderes University, in Turkey, with a degree in Hospitality Management.


OZ, as his clients and friends call him, has an extensive background in Hospitality and International Real Estate. Before moving to The United States he owned a successful Real Estate Firm in Turkey. He brings a unique level of international flair to each transaction. He is fluent in English, Turkish and French.


OZ has resided in Virginia Beach for 11+ years. He spends his free time with friends, family and tinkering with cars. He and Jamey love trying new restaurants on weekends and exploring Virginia.

Lailani Fereday

LaiLani Fereday is a Transaction Coordinator with Shoreland Real Estate Team. She is a recent transplant from Louisiana where she moved from to be closer to her daughter, Jamey and future son in law, OZ.


She brings her background in Construction Management and Administration to round out the team. Her goal is to make sure each transaction is handled with precision.


She spends her free time with her husband, Jim and their dog Jackson.
